The gardens looked fantastic. The gardeners did an excellent job in the heat. our room always was well-cleaned and the beds felt very comfortable

The hotel location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions and amenities.
My room's condition was disappointing. The bathroom was quite old with noticeable wear. The shower temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating from warm to cold. the room's cleanliness was questionable, as grit remained on the floor throughout my visit.

I was helped by the front desk manager, Mohammed Talal. He made all table bookings easy via WhatsApp! The common areas inside and outside the hotel are well maintained and beautiful. I especially liked the private beach. It had a shallow water bay and a beach bar with snorkeling under the pier. The activation team were nice, not intrusive when I relaxed on the beach!
The hotel Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby. The connection was unreliable. This limited my ability to stay connected for work and personal communications while in my room, an inconvenience.

Our Family Room featured two queen beds, one twin bed, and a balcony with seating for five people; this provided ample space for our group. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, really enhancing convenience. Air conditioning kept the room at a constant pleasant temperature.

Staff members addressed requests promptly and efficiently. Daily housekeeping kept the rooms clean with fresh towels and linens provided each day. The front desk staff offered assistance with booking excursions; this helped streamline our vacation planning.

the staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay..
the rooms felt outdated. i changed rooms once because the shower holder broke on sight and the toilet flush stopped working a couple of times. our door also stopped working after a couple of days. these issues were resolved the same day they were reported..
